Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for similar rape in the Seoul Central District Court on May 11, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on May 10, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Performance of official duties;

A. On July 4, 2019, from around 12:00 to 12:37, the Defendant: (a) carried a taxi on the front side of the “C” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City and continued to take a bath without the destination; and (b) found the Defendant on the G zone located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, while driving the said taxi, and then found the Defendant at the seat of the said G zone, the Defendant’s body and bath to the said H; (c) she saw the Defendant who was diving at the seat of the said G zone, and she spited the Defendant out of the G zone, and she she saw the Defendant out of the G zone, and she she saw the Defendant, “I spit and spit the above she will do so, she will see whether I sat, I sat, I sat, I see whether I satfe, I sat, I sat, and I spit the Defendant.”

나. 피고인은 2019. 7. 4. 12:38경 위 G지구대로 현행범인 체포되어 와 피해 진술을 작성하고 있는 위 J 순경에게 계속 욕설을 하며 침을 뱉고, 같은 날 13:20경부터 14:38경 위 G지구대에서 피고인 사건의 보호담당관이 된 순경 K에게 “뭘 봐, 이 새끼야, 꼴아 보냐, 씨발 새끼야”라고 욕설하며 위 K에게 계속 침을 뱉어 현행범인 체포 및 범죄 수사 등에 관한 경찰관들의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

2. The Defendant’s insultd the G District at around 12:0 on July 4, 2019 and around 12:37.
