A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution at the Seoul Central District Court on November 30, 2017, which became final and conclusive on December 8, 2017, and is currently under suspended execution.

1. On December 26, 2017, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation to issue a certificate of the personal seal impression and the said event: (a) stated “C”, “D”, “Seoul Seocho-gu E”, “Seoul Seocho-gu in the column for issuance of a certificate of the personal seal impression in the column for the name of a delegating person to obtain C’s personal seal impression at the Defendant’s residence located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) stated “2” in the column for issuance of a certificate of the personal seal impression in the column for the name of a delegating person to obtain C’s personal seal impression at the Defendant’s residence; and (c) affixed C’s personal seal impression stored in the Defendant’s residence in the column for the date of preparation on December 16, 2017, and forged C’s personal seal impression affixed to C’s name and affixed it to a person in charge of the issuance of a certificate of the personal seal impression

As a result, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation to issue a certificate of personal seal impression in C, a document of another person with respect to rights and obligations, and exercised it.

2. In a place specified in paragraph (1) of January 4, 2018, the Defendant who forged documents related to the transfer of golf membership and the event thereof is a document evidencing that the FF employee in name will sell the G number of golf membership in F in the name of the Defendant’s name in the divorce lawsuit, a letter of delegation, loss, written approval for transfer of membership, written approval for transfer of membership, and written approval for transfer of the power of attorney of the golf membership sales contract (GOLF membership sale contract) in “C”, “G” in the name column of the delegating in the letter of delegation of the power of attorney of the golf membership sales contract (GOLF membership sale contract) in “C”, “D” in the column of date of preparation, “G” and “C” in the column of the resident registration number column of “D” and “C” in the name and address column of “C” and “C” in the column of date of preparation.
