A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to conduct domestic fee-charging job placement services shall be registered with the head of the Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the location of the principal place of business, but the defendant did not register fee-charging job placement services
