A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest9839"- Defendants A is a person who operated the F of vessel supplies chain, Defendant B is a person who takes over F from the above A and engages in vessel supplies sales business, and Defendant C is an Internet seafarer recruitment company.
A person who intends to employ a seafarer, a person engaged in job placement, recruitment, employment, or management of seafarers, or a person engaged in labor and personnel management business of seafarers shall not receive money, valuables, or other benefits, whatever a pretext it may be, from persons who intend to be a seafarer in relation to such job placement, recruitment
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-offenders: (a) upon request from the owner of the vessel, captain, office manager, etc. known to the general public, recruited the crew through a seafarer recruitment company; (b) supplied the crew members through the seafarer recruitment company; and (c) provided two job offerers who are job seekers from the vessel supplies chain F in Busan Young-gu, Busan, to I who are job offerers; and (c) received 1.7 million won from the above date and time to August 27, 2012 from the above date and time to the business bank account under J (K) such as receiving 1,55 seafarers who are job seekers through 118 times as indicated in the daily list of crimes (1, 2) and received money and valuables from the job offerers by receiving 153,180,000 won from the job offerers under the pretext of introduction.

Defendant A, around June 28, 201, introduced three of the seafarers’ name distressed persons, who are job seekers, from F of the vessel supplies sales headquarters located in the Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City H, to L who is a job offerer, and receives one million won in the name of M from the above date to December 26, 2012 under the pretext of the introduction fee, etc., Defendant A shall introduce 44 seafarers, who are job seekers, as stated in the list of crimes Nos. 3, as the job offerers, to the crew of the fishing vessel, who are job offerers, and shall introduce 38.
