Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant did not register with the competent authority, and around August 11, 2014, at the Korea Fisheries Office of the Modern Building Co., Ltd., 801, located in 6-7, the city of Busan, Dong-gu, Busan, about 196, published an advertisement to invite seafarers through the Internet and living information space, and then, the Defendant introduced two job-seeking seafarers who are not aware of the name reported and contacted with the advertisement to the Busan, Busan, to board the ship as seafarers by introducing 2,00,000 won from F to Busan, for introduction expenses.

In addition, from around that time to October 8, 2015, the Defendant introduced 38 seafarers to 11, including shipowner G, etc. over 21 times, such as the list of offenses (1) in attached Table 201 to 200, thereby allowing them to board as a seafarer, and received a total of 39,800,000 won from the name of introduction or remittance in cash.

The Defendant did not register with the competent authorities as above and provided domestic-paid job placement services.

2. Defendant B did not register with the competent authority, and around June 5, 2014, at the Korea Fisheries Office in the Modern Building Co., Ltd., Ltd., 801, located in 6-7, a 196-gil, located in the city of Busan, Dong-gu, Busan, published an advertisement to recruit seafarers through the Internet and living information sites, and then, the two job-seeking seafarers, whose name was not known to contact with the advertising report, were introduced to the Jeju Coast Guard, to have them embark on the ship as seafarers, and transferred KRW 2,00,000 from I for the purpose of introduction.

In addition, from around that time to October 3, 2015, the Defendant introduced 28 seafarers to 11, including the shipowner I, etc. over 18 times, such as the list of crimes (2) in the past, and made them board the ship, and received a total of 49,50,000 won for the purpose of introduction.

The Defendant did not register with the competent authorities as above and provided domestic-paid job placement services.
