Criminal facts
On July 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special intimidation, etc. at the Suwon District Court on July 22, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Female Prison on November 29, 2016. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the prevention of crimes, public peace and maintenance of order.
2. On April 17, 2018, around 04:55, the Defendant damaged goods used by public offices by taking head lids equivalent to 22,00 won in the market price in the toilet at the relevant place, when he/she was arrested as a current criminal of interference with the performance of official duties, and detained in two rooms in the cell room of the police station located in the 2307 Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, as long as Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the Defendant damaged goods used by public offices.
