A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment by the Changwon District Court due to interference with the execution of official duties, etc., and the execution of the sentence was completed on September 6, 2017 at the Changwon Prison.

On June 18, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws at the Changwon District Court on June 18, 201, and on February 5, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic laws (driving) at the same court on February 5, 2010.
