On January 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on November 6, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Prison on November 6, 2017.

1. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 04:44, at the third floor of the third underground parking lot of 1902-ro 102, 1902, from the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, 100,000 won in cash at the hand room located at the seat of the victim C, who was parked therein, discovered and opened an unlocked door; and (b) took 100,000 won in cash at the seat of the said passenger car; and (c) take up one 60,000 in cash at the wall located at the seat of the said passenger car at the seat of the passenger; and (d) one smart k of the vehicle at the seat of the said passenger car.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. At the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant illegally used a stolen vehicle’s smart key as above, driving the said vehicle at the victim C’s seat from November 15, 2017 to November 16, 203:25, including driving the said vehicle without the victim’s consent from November 15, 2017, from around 23:52 to around 03:25,00 on November 17, 2017, and temporarily used the said vehicle by the said method three times in total, including from around 03:52 to 05:24, etc. of November 17, 2017.

3. On November 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 04:44, around 15, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car from the third floor of the 1902-ro 102 underground parking lot from 3rd to the third floor of the above underground parking lot from Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, to the third floor of the above underground parking lot, without obtaining a driver’s license, from around 20km, and driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 23:52 on November 15, 2017 to November 16, 2017.

4. On November 17, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) on the road: (a) the Defendant borrowed 102-on the road from the front of a mutual influence in Kimhae-si around 05:27 on November 17, 2017.
