A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a deadly weapon, etc.), and two years of suspended execution on February 15, 2012. On May 23, 2012, the Daejeon District Court sentenced on one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a long term and one year and one year of short term on August 10, 2012, and the sentence became final and conclusive.

1. Illegal events of official documents;

2. Forgery of private signature;

At the same time and place as referred to in paragraph (b), and at the same time and place, the Daejeon District Police Station Traffic Safety Assistant E from the working slope for the traffic safety department of the Daejeon District Police Station forged F’s signature by stating “F” in the column for signature of the offender.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged another person’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.
