Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Common Criminal Power] Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on August 12, 2005, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon District Court on March 28, 2008. On September 22, 2011, Cheongju District Court sentenced three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the North Korean Branch on May 22, 2014. Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court on July 9, 2007 at the Busan District Court on June 11, 2009 and sentenced Defendant A to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.
"Crimes of Defendant A, 2015 Highest 202, Defendant A
1. At night, at around 04:00 on February 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed window and intruded into the said restaurant with cash of 100,000 won located in a simple safe; and (b) stolen property by intrusion upon another person’s management over 11 occasions, such as a list of crimes (i), from around that time to March 12, 2015.
2. At around 10:30 on February 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and intrusion on the victim I’s sole house located in Nam-gu H at port; (b) opened a closed window and intrude into the house without correction; and (c) opened a cash of KRW 100,000 on the face; and (d) cut off with a seal of KRW 100,000 in cash on the face; (b) one passbook of a community credit cooperative; (c) one head of a passbook of a community credit cooperative; and (d) Samsung gallon of a market value of KRW 450,000 on the face.
3. On January 13, 2015, the Defendant is suffering from the thief’s clothes within the scope of J 603, South-gu, South-gu, J 603 at port, Nam-gu.
