A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Changwon District Court due to night residence intrusion, larceny, etc. on September 28, 201, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor in the Seoul Western District Court due to larceny, etc. on September 28, 201, and on January 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Daegu District Court’s port branch due to night structure intrusion, larceny, etc. on September 22, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the port prison.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes

A. On April 30, 2014, around 23:00, in the south-gu, Mapo-ro, 82, Mapo-ro, Mapo-ro, Mapo-ro, Mapo-ro, Mapo-ro, 82, in front of the two public offices, into the inside and outside of their windows, one of the portable USB-ro, one credit card per foreign exchange bank, and one of the resident registration certificates of the victim C owned by the victim, respectively.

B. On May 29, 2014, around 06:10 on May 29, 2014, opening the back door of the above office that was not corrected before the office of "F for the operation of the victim E in the Northern-gu, Northern-gu, Northern-si, and intrusion inside the office, and cutting off property equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 in total, market value of the victim's Samsungnet, LGnet North Korea, and HP No. 1, respectively.

C. On June 6, 2014, around 00:30, the victim I’s cash 72,000 won owned by the victim I, who was in the book attached to the above office, and was invaded by the back door of the above office that was not corrected before the H office located in Nam-gu G at the time of port, Nam-gu, Seoul, and then was stolen;

D. On June 22, 2014, around 19:05, the victim K, who had worked at the place at the construction site of the housing remodeling site located in the Nam-gu J, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, and located in its windows, destroyed one cellular phone in the amount of KRW 900,000,000,000 in the market value of Samsung Ggal juth and one wall containing cash 30,000,000 won, and stolen them, respectively.

2. On August 12, 2014, the Defendant engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) the police officer, who belongs to the N Team of the Posnam Police Station in front of the “M restaurant” located in the Southern-gu L, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) the police officer, who belongs to the N Team of the Posnam Police Station.
