A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

3. The Defendant committed the crime in H in the Gnnor on April 11, 2020, which was not corrected at the Gangnam-si Hnor I around 03:30 on April 11, 2020.
