A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:10 on August 24, 2019, the Defendant driven an EW125 motorcycle without a motorcycle driver’s license in a 50-meter section from the front side of the oil station in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si, to the front side of the DNonok Road in Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motorcycle EW125, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On August 24, 2019, at around 21:10 on August 24, 2019, the Defendant changed the course to a two-lane in order to transfer the front road of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu from the surface of the right of recourse to the right of way to the right of way.

In such cases, when it is feared that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle may impede the normal passage of another motor vehicle running in the direction of the change, the defendant shall not change the course, however, he/she neglected it and received the front portion of the HCA 110 motorcycle that the victim G (the age of 25) driving along two lanes in the same direction while changing the lane, was driving a motor vehicle along the same direction as that of the motor vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., by occupational negligence, to the victim for about three weeks of medical treatment.

3. On August 24, 2019, around 21:38, the Defendant forged a written statement of traffic accident occurrence under one’s name by recording the Defendant’s father’s father’s “I” name and resident registration number, etc. on the road in front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, in order to see his/her status on the road in front of the traffic accident, such as the foregoing “2” on the road.
