Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving a W125 motorcycle.
On August 27, 2019, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle on August 23:12, 2019, and led the driving distance in front of the D Building in Seogan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, to the opposite direction from the string to the opposite string of the string.
At the intersection of a narrow road, where the Defendant is proceeding, the road is narrow, and the width of which is going by the Defendant. On August 27, 2019, around 23:12, Defendant B driven a motorcycle with the EW125 motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.130% at a section of approximately 600 meters from the H singing practice room located in Seo-gu, Seoan City, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si to the front road of the D building in Seoan-gu, Seoan-si.
