Comprehensively taking account of the foregoing facts acknowledged, the Defendant is obligated to pay the principal and interest of KRW 25,407,769 (i.e., principal 23,57,483 KRW 490,80,808 KRW 1,359,478) as of November 6, 2015 (i.e., interest of KRW 23,557,483 KRW 23,57,488) and delay damages calculated by adding the rate of 24% per annum from November 7, 2015, to the date of full payment.
