1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 85,706,107 and KRW 84,866,311, as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 14,86,311.

In full view of the evidence Nos. 1 through 7’s purport, each of the reasons for the claim and the fact that Defendant A guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to Defendant A’s agricultural partnership on April 15, 2016.

Comprehensively taking account of the above facts acknowledged, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay 85,706,107 won ( principal amount of KRW 84,866,311 plus KRW 419 of substitute payment of KRW 839,377 of substitute payment of KRW 84,866,311 of the principal and KRW 84,866,311 of the principal, whichever is the date of discharge of the guaranteed liability, 12% per annum from October 14, 2016 to April 11, 2017, the final delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.
