Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a resident living in Jindo-gun C, and the victim is a D Association.
D. Around July 5, 2011, the victim, entered into a contract with the Forestry Industry of the Jeonnam-do, and started the construction of maintaining valleys in the Fgsan in the Jeonnam-gun, Jindo-gun. However, the Defendant, while entering and leaving the roads adjacent to his own plastic house and the vehicle wheels went into his own land in the vicinity of the plastic house, the Defendant changed the installation of retaining walls.
However, the victim could not accept the demand of the defendant, and the construction began.
Interference with Business
1. Around 14:00 on September 7, 201, the victim’s dump trucks interfered with the victim’s E business construction work by force by setting up their cump trucks on a road to enter the gratum valley at the site of a mountain valley located in the Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, by carrying the gump trucks onto the road and preventing them from entering the construction site.
