Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for any crime of false entry into public electromagnetic records, etc. at the Suwon District Court on November 27, 201, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on December 9, 2014.

1. The Defendant, D, E, and F’s co-crimes were introduced D, together with E, to promote a disguised marriage with Vietnam’s women F, and D, to receive KRW 3 million from the Defendant and E, and to engage in a disguised marriage with F.

G on October 19, 2010, at the public service center of the Mapo-gu Office in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the fact was prepared as if the facts were to marry with H, and entered the purport that G and H were married to the family relation registration system by submitting it to the public official in charge of name unsound, who is not aware of such circumstance.

Accordingly, in collusion with G, E, and H, the Defendant reported false facts to the public official and entered false facts in the family relation registration system, which is a public electronic record, and around that time, had him operate in the family relation registration system.
