1. The criminal defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 10 months and a fine for the crimes as provided in paragraphs (2) and (3) of this Article.

1. On July 2006, the Defendant received a request from a Chinese citizen C to introduce a Korean man who is a major book to illegally enter the Chinese woman into Korea through a disguised marriage at the ice of China.

2. The defendant is an arrangement for the recruitment of disguised marriage by proposing that Korean male will give money to Korean male in disguised marriage.
