Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has operated the “D” and “F” located in Gyeyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu.

1. Forgery of private documents in the G name and the display of falsified investigation documents;

A. A. Around May 30, 2012, the Defendant forged private document: (a) stated “G” in the “customer classification” column, “G, H, and Soyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I 203” and “user signature” without obtaining the Defendant’s permission from G, and written “G” in two copies of the “Contract for the Sale of Mobile Device” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged 2 copies of “new contract for mobile communications services” and 2 “the contract for terminal installment trading” in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, issued two copies of the forged “new contract for mobile communications services” and two of the “contract for mobile device installment sales” to an employee of the SK Telecom (jun) who is aware of the forgery at the time and place, as if they were duly formed.

2. Forgery of private documents under the J's name and uttering of falsified investigation documents;

A. On June 26, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents at F around June 26, 2012, indicated “J” as “J” in the “customer classification” column of “passenger service new contract” located therein without the J’s permission, and written “J” in the “user signature” column of “J, K, and Young-gu, Soyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Seoul” and “customer signature.”

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged each of the “new contract for mobile communications services” and “the contract for terminal installment trading” in the name of J, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On June 26, 2012, the Defendant is not aware of the forgery at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
