On December 31, 2009, at around 00:30 on December 31, 2009, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05 g of the said phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the cross-use telephones room located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and dilution them with water and inserting them into the Defendant’s arms.

5. On January 8, 2010, the Defendant, who received philophones, was on the trade name in Gyeonggi-si M around 16:00 on January 8, 201.
