A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and four months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 9, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the previous prison on March 9, 2017.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 714" is not a narcotics handler.

1. Provision of tampers (hereinafter referred to as "copon");

A. On March 1, 2018, the Defendant provided a philophone to C (Gain name) who became aware of approximately 0.5g of philophones in the mutual influorial telephones located in the Yangyang-si, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-si at the beginning and night time, and provided a philophone without compensation.

B. At around 22:00 on March 27, 2018, the Defendant provided a philopon by delivering a philopon to F with approximately 0.1g of philopon in the vehicle operated by the Defendant parked in D located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si.

2. On March 2018, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 1g of phiphonephones from I at the I’s residence located in Pyeongtaek-si G lending H; and (b) received phiphones from I without compensation.

3. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) sent 1.5 million won to J (Ga name) at the cross-faceted telephone near the Dong-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) received approximately five g of philopon from L located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and arranged to sell and purchase philopon between J (Ga name) and C (Ga name) upon receipt of KRW 1.5 million.

4. Medication of phiphones.

A. On February 25, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 gopon into an injection unit with J (Ga name) and M, and then injected them into the Defendant’s arms after dilution with their growths.

B. On April 2018, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g of philopon into a folder with N andO at the cross-sectur of the trade name located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, and dilutioned.
