Punishment of the crime

Defendants shall not possess, use, transport, administer, sell, deliver, receive, or deliver psychotropic drugs, which is not a person handling narcotics.

1. A around 01:00 on April 16, 2012, at around 01:0, remitted 50,000 won of the purchase price of opon to Defendant B, and notified the account number of the national bank in his name. Defendant B transferred KRW 500,000 to the above account at the branch during the community credit cooperatives in the Gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si around 01:27 the same day. Defendant A, at around 04:40 on the same day, 40,000 won from D’s house in front of the house located in Y-si-si, Y-si, Y-si, and 0:30 on the same day, she dried up the above opon to Defendant B at the age club near the Gu-dong-dong-dong-dong around 06:30 on the same day.

As such, Defendant A mediated the trade of philophones with Defendant B, and Defendant B purchased philophones through Defendant A.

B. At around 18:24, April 21, 2012, Defendant B remitted 50,000 won from the above community credit cooperative branch to the above account. Defendant A, at around 20:00 on the same day, 40,000 won from the upper corner of D’s house to D, and 50,000 won from D and 1 of a single-use injection device with approximately 0.5 g of philopon from D and 21:30 on the same day, Defendant B added the above philopon to Defendant B.
