A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant collected the “D key points” from Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to E (V, 53 years old) who operates the “D key points,” and found the “D key points” at the time of the withdrawal of alcohol, and did not contact.

1. 2. Interference with business and damage to property on August 10, 2015;

가. 업무방해 피고인은 2015. 8. 10. 21:00경부터 21:40경까지 위 ‘D주점’에서 피해자 E이 피고인에게 술을 팔지 않겠다고 하자 격분하여 피해자에게 “좆까는 소리하고 자빠졌네.”라고 욕설하며 임의로 냉장고에서 막걸리를 꺼내 마시고, 그 곳에 있던 손님들에게 “뭘 쳐다봐, 씨발놈아.”라고 욕설하며 시비를 걸고 행패를 부리는 등 위력으로 약 40분간 피해자의 식당영업 업무를 방해하였다.

3. On August 11, 2015, around August 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s “Dju shop” above on the ground that the victim E was not subject to a telephone at around 18:00; and (b) assaulted the victim by two hand at two times the victim’s sclock, sckes, and drinking.

4. On September 1, 2015, a defendant who interferes with business affairs on September 1, 2015 is above the rank around 19:00 on September 1, 2015.
