A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On August 24, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) calculated the drinking value from “Dju shop” operated by the victim C in Gangnam-si B; and (b) obstructed the victim’s entertainment drinking business by force until around 23:00 of the same day by stating that E, the head of the business place, “a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a x of a bit of a son, and doing so.
