A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on July 27, 2013.

1. Violence to and interference with business of victims C;

A. At around 18:00 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face one time by drinking the victim’s face, who was demanded by the victim C (the 44 years of age) located in Busan B to drink, but would not drink from the victim.

B. At around 17:00 on August 13, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business affairs by force, with the victim’s speech that he would not sell alcohol from the victim C, such as “to see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, see, e.g., coming from the entrance of the set, and preventing customers from entering the set, etc.
