A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 5, 2013, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties came to the police box of the former American police station located in the Gu, Si, Si, Gu, Si, Si, on the following occasions: (a) around 23:40, the Defendant: (b) stated, around 2012, that he was dissatisfied with the crime of the obstruction of performance of official duties committed by the above police box; (c) went to the above police box; and (d) called, “I would like to go to go home, and I would like to go home, so I would like to say, “I would like to go home, I would like to go home. I would like to say, I would like to say, “I would like to go home, I would like to be able to see if I would have been working in the Gu, Si, Si, Si, and I would like to see if I would like to go home.”
Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers E and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning police officer's service in the situation of police boxes.
2. Around 21:30 on March 21, 2013, the Defendant interfered with his duties: “H” house located in Gumi-si G operated by the Victim F, “I,” and “I, if you were to take a large amount of alcohol,” returned back to the victim’s snow, and at around 2:30 on the same day, I would like to find it again in the above heading house, “I would have the victim take a cryp, dyp, hyp,” and I would like to take a place after the victim’s back, and I would like to take the fryp, “I will do so, hyp, hyp, hyp, hyp, hyp, etc.” and let you go out of the house.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's business by force.
