Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Busan District Court on March 13, 201, and is still under probation after the judgment became final and conclusive on March 21, 2014

1. On June 23, 2014, the Defendant, at around 11:55, indicated on June 23, 2014, 2014, that “A victim E (the 74-year-old age), the owner of a female house, located in Seo-gu, Busan, would have changed in the air-conditioning room, and that “the knife would have changed in the amount of money, but will be dead.” On the other hand, the Defendant took the knife (the 32cm in total length, 20cm in the knife length and 20cm in the knife) on the knife and took the same attitude as the knife.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

2. On June 26, 2014, the Defendant reported to the Busan Regional Police Agency 112 Overall Situation Center by posting a false report to the Busan Regional Police Agency on the fact that there was no theft of goods at the Dindo located in Seo-gu, Busan, on June 11, 2014, the Defendant reported to the Busan Regional Police Agency 112 Emergency Situation, that “the goods were stolen,” thereby obstructing the police officers, such as G, etc., who are located in the Busan Western Police Agency, from sending to the said Dindo, thereby obstructing the police officers from performing their legitimate duties concerning public safety and maintenance of order by deceptive means, and from July 20, 2014 to July 20, 2014, the Defendant reported to the police officers that “the goods were stolen.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers on public safety and maintenance of order, crime prevention and investigation.

3. "2015 Highest 1999";

A. On March 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 01:25, the first breakwater in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, even though there was no person who had the sea at the sea; (b) on his/her mobile phone, the Defendant is the first breakwater in Part I to the 119 comprehensive situation room of the Busan Fire Safety Headquarters.
