A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Performance of official duties by deceptive means;

A. On July 10, 2014, at around 02:34, the Defendant called a mobile phone from 112 reported center in front of the building D of the Busan Geum-gu, Busan, and obstructed the police officers’ legitimate performance of duties for the public safety and maintenance of order by making a false report as follows: “In order to find out the location of a female-friendly Gu, the Defendant is located in the female-friendly Gu. The female-friendly Gu phone is located in the phone. The phone is left at present.” The Defendant reported the false report as follows: (a) 15 persons other than F. F. 15 of the circumstances belonging to the Busan Geum-gu Police Station E-gu, Busan; and (b) f.15 persons other than F. 23 years old; and (c) search near the house.

B. On July 15, 2014, around 22:21, 2014, the Defendant called the 1112 reporting center of the Geum-gu, Busan, Geum-gu H202 to the 1112 reporting center and obstructed the police officers’ legitimate execution of duties concerning public safety and maintenance of order by means of a deceptive scheme, such as: (a) the female-child Gu was pregnant by telephone; and (b) “I and fifteen (15) the circumstances belonging to the E District Department were falsely reported to have him track the location of the said G; and (c) search the said G.

C. On August 3, 2014, at around 01:37, the Defendant called at the 112 reporting center near the above H building to the 112 reporting center and filed a false report to the effect that “any female male in China has come to be dried and fighting. The same shall apply to a few persons.” On the other hand, the Defendant interfered with the police officers’ legitimate performance of duties concerning public safety and maintenance of order.”

On August 3, 2014, at around 02:02, the Defendant reported to the 112 reporting center near the Seocho-dong of the Busan Metropolitan Government on August 3, 2014, that “A woman who steals the money and the Kameras, and a reporter is also a sita, even though there is no string of the Defendant’s theft of the money and the Kameras, there is also a sita.” The Defendant reported falsely to the effect that 10 persons, both J. and 10, who belong to the Busan Metropolitan Government E Zone, are called out.
