Reasons

1. Determination as to the claim against Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant F, Defendant G, and Defendant J

(a) Description of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims as shown in Appendix 9;

B. Judgment by confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Defendant D submitted reference documents in relation to the plaintiffs' claims against Defendant H and Defendant I, but did not dispute the plaintiffs' claims against Defendant D)

2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant H and Defendant I

A. The facts of recognition (1) Implementation of a housing redevelopment project (A) M&D project (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”) is a housing redevelopment project association under the former Urban Redevelopment Act (hereinafter “former Urban Redevelopment Act”) with the aim of removing existing buildings and constructing new apartments, etc. on December 3, 1986, in order to implement a housing redevelopment project (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”) under the former Urban Redevelopment Act (repealed by Act No. 6852, Dec. 30, 2002; repealed by Act No. 6852, Jul. 1, 2003; hereinafter “former Urban Redevelopment Act”).

As the former Urban Redevelopment Act was repealed on July 1, 2003, and the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents ( enacted on December 30, 2002 and enforced on July 1, 2003) was enforced on the same day, the cooperative of this case implemented the redevelopment project of this case as a housing redevelopment improvement project association under the Urban Redevelopment Act.

(B) The instant association was authorized by the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on August 24, 1991 by setting a management and disposal plan regarding the site and buildings to be created under the instant redevelopment project. According to the above authorized management and disposal plan, the instant association newly constructs apartment, sales facilities, and neighborhood living facilities on the land of 41,67m2 of the project site area.
