1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, each part of the Defendants listed in the attached Table 4 of the Defendant (Appellant) shall be revoked, and the Plaintiff’s status.

1. Basic facts

A. 1 Implementation of the Housing Redevelopment Project Association (hereinafter “instant partnership”)

(1) The former Urban Redevelopment Act (amended by Act No. 6852 of Dec. 30, 2002, Jul. 1, 2003; hereinafter “former Urban Redevelopment Act”) provides that the land originally owned by Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E (hereinafter “former Urban Redevelopment Act”).

A) A housing redevelopment project with the content of removing existing buildings and constructing new apartments, etc. (hereinafter “instant redevelopment project”).

In order to implement the project, a housing redevelopment association under the former Urban Redevelopment Act was established with the authorization to establish the association and authorization to implement the project on December 3, 1986, and the registration of incorporation was completed on December 3, 1986. The former Urban Redevelopment Act was repealed on July 1, 2003; and on the same day, the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (amended by Act No. 6852, Dec. 30, 2002; hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”).

(2) As a result, the instant redevelopment project was implemented as a housing redevelopment project partnership under the Urban Improvement Act. (2) The instant partnership established a management and disposal plan on the site and buildings to be created under the instant redevelopment project and obtained approval from the competent authority on August 24, 191. According to the above management and disposal plan, the instant redevelopment project was intended to build apartment, sales facilities, and neighborhood living facilities on the land of 41,667 square meters in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

3) The instant association is a new apartment construction project among the construction works related to the instant redevelopment project, with a size of 37,141 square meters in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and with a size of 24.2 square meters in Qu 24.2 square meters in the same Gu (hereinafter “instant site”).
