A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on August 16, 2013. On April 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won for the same crime in the same court.

1. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven C rocketing 3 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.083% at the speed of 5km to the front road of the Red Sea Bap, Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju at around 23:45, 2017.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of a rocketing 3 car.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which has not been covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car without mandatory insurance at the above temporary location.

On October 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) driven C Bata on the road located in the Advanced District in the Gwangju Mine-gu without obtaining a driver’s license on around 21:40 on October 22, 2017, from the road located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, to the high-tech road located in 945, in the direction of about 500 meters from the road located in the Gongbuk-gu
