Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3,00,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on March 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5,00,00 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on March 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a penalty of KRW 5,00,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on at least two occasions, and on January 5, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a penalty of KRW 4 months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Gwangju District Court on May 6, 2017.
[2018 Highest 2011] On May 13, 2018, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.178% from blood transfusion without a vehicle driver’s license, the Defendant driven a 1 km Crocketing car from the front Do of Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the new post office located in the New Airport of Gwangju Mine-gu.
[2018 Highest 2690] On June 11, 2018, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.221% in blood without a motor vehicle driver’s license, the Defendant driven a 1 km Category C rocketing motor vehicle from the front of E located in Gwangju Mine District D to the front road of F apartment in Gwangju Mine District.
