The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a 1 km CCo-sports car without obtaining a driver’s license on April 21, 2017, and driving the 49-ro, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, on the front day of the cafeteria “S Sea” restaurant.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate an automobile which has not been covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car owned by the defendant who did not purchase mandatory insurance at the above temporary location.

3. Around June 16:50 on June 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a car in the column C without a driver’s license for a vehicle in the section C from the front side of the Dou apartment apartment in the Donsan-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Gwangju, to the front side of the Donsan Park located in the same Donung-dong.
4. No motor vehicle shall be operated on a road which has not subscribed to mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation;
Nevertheless, the Defendant also driven the car at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, and the car that was not covered by mandatory insurance.

5. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a sports car at approximately 5km section from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the construction of the chemical electric power plant in Gwangjubuk-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 1:30 on August 4, 2017.
6. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate an automobile which has not been covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the defendant operated the car above C which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the above time and place.
