A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 17, 2014, the Defendant of obstruction of performance of official duties by fraudulent means: (a) at a singing room located in Suwon-gu, Busan, 06:25 Busan, requesting a police officer as an issue of drinking value; (b) however, the police officer called to the site did not resolve the police officer’s intended intention; and (c) was aware of the police officer’s intent to interfere with the police officer’s official duties.

On March 17, 2014, the Defendant made a false report to the effect that “the fourth floor of the Busan bank located in Busan bank, which is in danger of a big wave, ends the big wave” by phoneing at 122 times, the number of the report of the crime at the Busan Coast Guard,” and thereby caused the Defendant to search inside the building of the Busan bank, the traffic control, the parking vehicle moving broadcasting, and the Busan bank.

Accordingly, the Defendant reported falsely as above and interfered with the police officer's patrol duty by fraudulent means.

2. On March 17, 2014, the obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant committed assault, without any justifiable reason, such as assaulting a police officer F’s snow part of the police officer F, who was arrested as a flagrant offender for the foregoing reason, at the 22-gil Busan Southern Police Station E-gu, Yan-dong, Yan-dong, Busan, Busan, on the ground that he was arrested as a flagrant offender.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the victim's blood relative from an unclaimed ties of the days of treatment, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers working in a global situation
