Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2014, at the Busan Southern Police Station C District located in Suwon-gu, Busan, Busan, and the police officer dispatched after receiving the report of the case, the Defendant asked five persons, such as D, who were affiliated with the Busan Southern Police Station C District, to make a statement of the fact of damage. However, the Defendant asked five persons, such as D, who were affiliated with the Busan Southern Police Station D, where he was in the district, on the one hand, whether he was drinking or not, but did not hear any answer from the police officer in the daily answer.”

Accordingly, the police officer E, who was working in the said global belt, had the police officer undergo an oral examination by taking the clock of E on one occasion with his own hand while intending to make the defendant correct by stating that “Isn' and members are not able to take a bath.”

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on public peace and maintenance of order.
