A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2019, the Defendant discovered a three-wheeled motor bicycle owned by the injured party B, which was parked at a place under the school intersection of the Jung-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and stolen the registration license plate of the said motorcycle equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price by taking advantage of the gaps where the injured party’s management was neglected.

2. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) attached the Cmotor bicycle registration license plate owned by B, a stolen air hosp, on the Defendant’s non-registered GTS125 motor bicycle, as set out in the foregoing paragraph (1), at the insular site below Ulsan Flsan.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration license plate for a motor bicycle, which is an air sign.

3. On July 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) operated a motor bicycle driver’s license on the roads near the E-university located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) around 05:40 on July 27, 2019, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license in approximately 10km section from the roads near the Dong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the yellow ginseng distance in the same city; and (c) attaching the registration license number of the Cmotor bicycle, an air defense, which was stolen, on the Defendant’s non-registered GTS125 motor bicycle

As a result, the Defendant driven a motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license, and exercised an air sign illegally used.

4. The Defendant is a person who drives a registered GTS125 motorcycle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act.

On July 27, 2019, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle at around 05:40 on July 27, 2019, and continued to drive the yellow ginseng road in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. as an educational slope from the Asan-ro bank.

At this point, it is an intersection where signal lights are installed, so in such cases, a person engaged in the driving of motor vehicles shall pay attention to the passage of another vehicle and operate the steering and steering system accurately in accordance with the signals.
