Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2019, the Defendant purchased C motorcycles from a rode B around April 201, and requested the repair of the said motorcycle by finding it on the intercompact agent in the Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun.

The president of the agency proposed to the defendant that "I cannot repair that I will be able to repair that I will do so, which will bring about metotho in our?" while accepting it, the defendant was removed from the registration license plate of the motor vehicle purchased from B, and was delivered with the unregistered motor vehicle.

Around that time, the Defendant continued to attach C registration license plate, which was voluntarily abolished as of July 27, 2016, to the e-mail motor bicycle acquired for the purpose of exercising his/her residence in Young-gun D, Jeonnam-gun, and operated the e-mail motor system at around August 1, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally, and exercised the illegally used air defense.

2. On August 1, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle at around 07:20 on August 1, 2019, driven a motor bicycle without registration at a section of about 150 meters from the front day of the Gwangjin-gun, Young-gun to the front day of the road.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a non-registered two-wheeled automobile without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
