Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two months and by a fine not exceeding 2,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor in the Incheon District Court for fraud, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 18th of the same month.

1. At around 00:00 on June 10, 2016, the Defendant stolen another person’s registration license plate to attach it to the Defendant’s motorcycle. On the front way of “Eotoba” located in a place where it is impossible to identify not more than D in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon. On the same day, the Defendant discovered a FOba, which the victim C installed a locking for repair, and removed the sealed part of the number plate as his hand, and then stolen it.

2. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant of an unlawful use of air defense, or an unlawful use air defense event: (a) around 01:00, the Defendant: (b) attached C’s Franb registration number plate, which was stolen as described in paragraph (1), on the back part of the motor bicycle that the Defendant was driving, and (c) operated the Incheon Japan at 61.5 Km from that time until around 09:40 of the same month.

Accordingly, the defendant used the registration number plate as an air defense unlawfully, and exercised the registration number plate, which is an air defense unlawfully used.

3. On June 8, 2016, the Defendant driven a motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license on or around 09:00 on June 8, 2016, and driven around about 10km from the front day of the Incheon Jung-gu G to the front day of the Kanananan-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon.

From that time, the Defendant driven a motorcycle without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license over a total of 13 times, such as the schedule of the attached crime.
