A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2, 2019, the Defendant of the unlawful use of air defense and the unlawful use of air defense events: (a) attached the Cmotor bicycle license plate, air defense, to Q2 motorcycles owned by the Defendant, at the Hasan-si apartment parking lot, in Q2 motorcycles; and (b) from that time, operated a motorcycle with the above license plate attached at the first day of the Hasan-si from January 31, 2020 until 2:50.

For this purpose, the Defendant used the air signator registration number unlawfully, and exercised the air signator registration number unlawfully used.

2. Around 2:50 on January 31, 2020, the Defendant driven a non-registered Q2 motorcycle at the section of about 3 km from the front of the D apartment in the following city to the next road of the 3km of the Yellow River in the following city: 0.085% of blood alcohol content.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 2:50 on January 31, 2020, the Defendant driven a non-registered Q2 motorcycle owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, as described in paragraph (2).
