A is the head of the Democratic Labor-Management Labor-Management Labor-Support E branch (hereinafter referred to as E branch), the head of the E branch is the Deputy Director of the E branch, and the head of the E branch F University to which 48 workers of the F University and the G corporation who entered into a contract for the management of U.S. dollars belong around February 28, 2013.

The Defendants interfering with the duties of the Defendants: (a) occupied 40 workers belonging to the branches of the F University of the above E branch, including H, from around 15:00 on December 17, 2013 to around 15:00 on December 26, 2013, the F University’s meeting room at the second floor located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government R 201 on the second floor; (b) made a speech by using a loudspeaker and made a collective agreement with the President of the F University, the representative director of the G Co., Ltd.; and (c) required the conclusion of the collective agreement

The purpose of this study is to prevent noise by going out of the president's meeting room, to 24 hours in daily agricultural nature, to spawn bly cut by using cooking utensils, and to spawn from December 26, 2013 to 10:00 on December 26, 2013, to 201, to 201, to 201, to 31:00, to 201, to 31:00, to 201, to 201, to 31:0.

In this way, the Defendants conspired with 40 persons, such as H, and interfered with the academic management duties of the president of the FF University and the management duties of the victim FF University.
