[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Defendant
A is the Deputy Director of the D Association E branch (hereinafter referred to as the “E branch”), Defendant B is the head of E branch F branch, and Defendant C is the members of E branch, and Defendant C is the members of E branch.
The Defendants concluded a service contract with the FF University, and argued that the G Co., Ltd. providing cleaning and security services did not raise the wages of the members of the E branch was responsible for the FF University, and that the FF University would hold propaganda events, etc.
1. The Defendants committed the crime of July 21, 2017, along with non-affiliated E branch members, including H, I, J, and K, committed the following acts: around July 21, 2017: (a) enter the secretariat of F University M building in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L to create an assistance to “the president to resolve our wages,” and (b) demanded the N to use a letter to the office of the office of the office of the Secretary and to take part in the direct wage negotiations on the same day at around 16:00 of the same day, and interfere with the ordinary performance of duties by the employees working in the N and the Secretariat if the Defendants did not reach 2:00 on the same day despite the request of the teachers and staff members.

2. The Defendants committed the crime of August 22, 2017, together with members of the F University Sports Center located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on August 22, 2017, as well as H, I, J, and K, and with those members of the F University E branch, including H, J, and K, shall be provided with relief, such as “The F proceeds of the Jinus President shall be the president,” “I will resolve our problem,” “The F proceeds of the Jinus President shall be the president,” “The resolution of our problem” in front of the F University Sports Center in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L.
