Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2013, the Defendant was admitted to the department of tax administration of B universities, but was removed from the military register on March 6, 2013 with respect to the fact that he occupied the office of president without permission.

1. On March 4, 2013, from around 10:40 to around 17:40, the Defendant entered the second floor of the building of B University in Da, Net City, for seven hours, and intrudes into the room. 2. On March 5, 2013, from around 10:00 to 12:00, the Defendant: (a) attached a vice versa to the entrance of the said president’s room “Non-president, namely, a vice president,” and obstructed the victim’s duties by force by preventing the victim from entering the president’s room by means of farming at the entrance and going beyond the president’s room.

3. On March 6, 2013, from around 10:00 to 12:00, the Defendant attached two copies to the entrance of the said president’s room, stating “Non-president, i.e., i., i., e., decline,” and “S., to have a door opened and talked,” respectively, and obstructed the victim’s duties by force by preventing the victim from entering the president’s room by means of farming at the entrance and going beyond the president’s room.

4. On March 7, 2013, from around 10:00 to 12:30, the Defendant attached the entrance door of the said president’s office to a large bulletin stating “the removal of the register, namely, withdrawal from dismissal, and withdrawal from the president.” The Defendant cited the same content as a large bulletin and obstructed the victim’s duties by force by preventing the victim from entering the president’s office by going through the method of driving in a fluorial manner and driving out relief.
