A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

. When it was impossible to lend a motor vehicle without any reason, the crime was committed on January 2016 with the intention of lending the motor vehicle using the AA's driver's license, which was acquired on a light and in possession, and was committed as follows.

1. On January 23, 2016, the Defendant illegally used official document: (a) borrowed a car from the AC office operated by the AC located in Chuncheon-si, AB; and (b) exercised the official document by displaying the driver’s license certificate issued by the Seoul Local Police Agency (the Seoul Local Police Agency) which the Defendant had been driving as if the Defendant was AA.

2. The Defendant: (a) borrowed the AE K5 car at the above date, at the above time, at the above place, at KRW 1.20,00 won from that time; (b) on the vehicle rental agreement form, the Defendant: (c) stated the Defendant’s driver’s license in the vehicle rental agreement form as “AA; (d)” resident registration number; (d) driver’s license number; (e) type “AG”; (e) type “AG”; (e) the current address “Seoul Songpa-gu, AH and****; and (e) issued the contract, stating that the term of validity is “AH and December 31, 23; and (e) written name in the lessee column under the right to the contract as “A”; and (e) written AA’s signature next thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without any authority, forged a letter of a vehicle rental agreement under the name of AA, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant, at the above date and place, delivered a forged vehicle rental agreement to AC without knowledge of the forgery, and exercised the said investigation document as if it were genuine.

4. On January 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driven a k 5-car, as above, at Cheongcheon-do, Hongcheon-gun, and Sejong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, without obtaining a driver’s license from January 23, 2016 to January 26, 2016.
