A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 2012, the Defendant committed a crime on the rooftop at the construction site, around 11:00 as of November 201, 2012, committed an indecent act by force by forcing the victim B (the victim 29 years old), who was at the construction site of a new studio near D located in C in Styangyang-si, to take his/her work at the place where he/she works, to take the victim’s grandchildren, and to take the victim’s chests who are going up to the rooftop at the construction site at the construction site at the time.

2. On November 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) talked with the victim B (the 29 years of age) at the 11:00 dry field side of the claim apartment that was located in the Syang-si, Seoyang-si on November 1, 2012; and (b) was sprinked by the Defendant, among the defects that the Defendant was sprinked with the victim’s shoulder, the Defendant sponsed the victim’s shoulder, forced the victim’s chest back, and forced the victim’s chest back by hand.
