A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver who drives a vehicle of the D Driving Institute located in C at the time of racing.

1. From September 201 to October 10, 201, the Defendant discovered the victim E (mar, F) who gets mixed at the parking lot of the said Dental Institute at the same time, and had the mind to commit an indecent act against the victim.

The defendant was aware that the victim living in the same village was a female victim in the same private teaching institute when he/she completed the second year of elementary school.

The Defendant got back the victim, who was parked in the above driving school parking lot, and got back the victim's breasts by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. At around 15:30 on September 2012, to October 10, the Defendant: (a) while driving a D Driving Schools in the vicinity of the Buddhist History located in the Gu-Si, Sejong-si; (b) discovered the victim by house; (c) was able to commit an indecent act against the victim; and (d) was able to commit an indecent act against the victim on the top of the vehicle.

After the Defendant getting off other private teaching institutes, the Defendant 1 took the victim’s hand by cutting down the victim’s hand on one hand, boomed the victim’s hand, and boomed the victim’s hand on one hand, and boomed the victim’s hand by cutting down the blost, cutting down the blost and blosting the blost with the blost, thereby making the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

3. On September 2012 to November 11, 2012, the Defendant: (a) operated D Driving Schools at the entrance of the village where the victim of G was living in the city of G on the day, while leaving the D Driving Schools at home; (b) discovered the victim; (c) led the victim to commit an indecent act against the victim; and (d) took the victim on the top of the above vehicle.

After the defendant was parked in a vehicle after the victim was parked, the chest of the victim was delivered to his hand while driving the vehicle, and after having arrived in the vicinity of the residence of the victim, the victim was deprived of his breast.

Accordingly, the defendant is under 13 years of age.
