The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

The defendant of the public hall in the public hall is a person who operates the "E cafeteria" located in the Hamyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the victim C (n, 36 years of age) is an employee of the above cafeteria.

1. The Defendant: (a) around the middle of November 2012, at the kitchen in the said restaurant, reported the victim who was living in the said restaurant; and (b) committed an indecent act on the victim’s chest by inserting the victim’s fingers in a way that the victim’s fingers are inter-concepted with each other; and (c) continued to meet the victim’s chests with only one hand, thereby forcing the victim to commit an indecent act.

2. The Defendant committed an indecent act as referred to in the foregoing paragraph 1 around November 2012, and then committed an indecent act on any day at the kitchen in the above restaurant, and reported the victim’s right to remain in the school, and subsequently, committed an indecent act on the victim’s female by holding the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’

3. Around the lower end of November 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s body in the room located in the said restaurant; and (b) opened the victim’s body in which the victim’s body was exposed to the victim’s body; and (c) continued to capture the victim’s body to the victim’s body; and (d) committed an indecent act on the victim’s body by inserting the victim’s finger to the victim’s finger, thereby forcing him/her to commit it.

4. Around the lower end of November 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act as described in the foregoing paragraph (3) in the restaurant room; and (b) reported the victim’s string; and (c) followed by the victim, the victim kidddly kidddly kidddddly kidddddly kidly kidds the victim’s own arms; and (d) the victim kidds the two arms, kidds, and kids the victim’s chest with one hand, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim.

5. Around the beginning of December 2012, the Defendant reported the victim, who is engaged in supporting and packing at the above restaurant, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, by putting the victim’s own sexual organ out of a canter, and breaking the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s jum.

6. The Defendant’s wife and the Defendant’s wife on any day after he committed an indecent act as referred to in the foregoing paragraph 5 around the beginning of December 2012.
