Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in de facto de facto marital relationship with D, a mother of the victim C (n, 15 years of age) and was living together with the victim from November 2012 to May 2013, 2012, the Defendant was living together with the Defendant under the building B01, Nowon-gu E-gu, Seoul, the residence of the said D.

1. 3. 피고인은 2013. 5. 일자불상 오후경 부천시 원미구 E건물 B01호 내에서 학교를 마치고 귀가한 위 피해자를 강제로 추행할 마음을 먹고 손으로 피해자의 귀를 만지고, 피해자의 손을 잡고 안방으로 유인하여 침대에 눕힌 후 혓바닥으로 피해자의 입을 핥고, 피해자의 상의 옷 속으로 손을 넣어 가슴을 만지고, 피해자의 상의 옷을 위로 걷어 올려 입으로 가슴을 빨고, 손을 피해자의 바지와 팬티 속으로 넣어 피해자의 성기 부위를 만져 강제로 추행하였다.
