A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment by the Seoul Central District Court on July 12, 2012 due to a violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 12, 2012.

1. On August 12, 2011, the Defendant, from August 12, 201 to August 19:25, 201, participated in the meeting held by the “D organization” (hereinafter “E”) at the Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Clean square from around 19:25 to around 20:45 at the night related to the registration amount.

After the completion of the above assembly from 20:45 to 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant, along with 300 other participants in other assemblies from 20:3 to 21:20 on the same day, was driving ahead of the Cheong River Building, the Korea Information Security Agency, and the Mobridge. On the same day, the Defendant continued to move along one lane from 22:00 to 22:18 on the same day, and interfered with the traffic of the vehicle by driving along the north Personnel, South Personnel Marina, the personnel road, the personnel road, the last 3 exit, the last 2 street, and the third intersection.

2. On August 15, 2011, the Defendant, from around 12:00 to 12:51 on August 15, 201, participated in the pan-national conference for independence, peace, and unification for 66 weeks in progress by holding a “F organization” in the Tae-ro Lane located in the Tae-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant, along with 3,500 other participants in the assembly during the process of the assembly, was connected to the front lane of the solar road, and continued to occupy the front lane of the place at around 13:09 on the same day, the Defendant driven along the southwest as the front direction of the course and obstructed the traffic of the vehicle.

3. On August 20, 2011, the Defendant participated in the “National Workers Competition” held by the “GGMM” in the Tae-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, from around 17:30 on August 20, 201 to around 18:48.

In order to participate in the above assembly from 17:05 to 17:30 on the same day, the Defendant occupied the way to proceed with the name of 3,00 participants in other assemblies, and the chamber of commerce and industry, Samsung, and Samsung.
