C. At around 23:00 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana by having a smoke attached to one marijuana tobacco, made by approximately 0.5g of marijuana, at the entrance of K located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon. D.

On June 5, 2013, around 13:30, the Defendant possessed marijuana by storing approximately 0.8g of marijuana in the domestic cremation unit L 201, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Gyeyang-gu.

2. Defendant B, on July 2012, at around 20:00, delivered and received approximately 1.8g of marijuana from G located near the Incheon Gyeyang-gu F shooting distance to C without compensation.
